Hello, I'm Natasha Lowrie, your nutrition and health coach + founder of Happily You Health! A Kansas City native, I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with an Elementary Education degree. Years later, I've been in and out of various positions only to find myself wondering what my purpose is in life yet still holding onto my love for teaching and inspiring. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about health and overall wellness, but always found this general space to be so overwhelming and confusing. Not only has this fueled my passion, my health journey has been a unique experience that reflects the distinctive combination of my own set of strengths and challenges. So I thought why not educate myself further and continue to "teach" others in regards to the constantly evolving health field. I embarked on creating a brand to bring my vision to life, aiming towards the connection between what we eat, how we feel and everything in between, simply discovering the root cause for total wellness.
